1 Ogos 2013
KUALA LUMPUR:
Pembunuhan pengasas Kumpulan Perbankan Arab Malaysia, The Sea and The Hills” bukan disebabkan kegagalan urusan hartanah, tetapi telah
dirancang lebih awal, demikian dakwa anaknya.
Pascal Najadi
menafikan sebarang penglibatan bapanya dalam urusan hartanahsebelum
kematiannya setelah jawatankuasa Tokong Kuan Yin memberitahunya bahawa
bapanya merupakan perunding antara dua pihak di hari beliau ditembak.
By sharing his life, he hopes to create more understanding between Malaysia and the Arab world.

It
is the story of Hussain Najadi, a Bahrain-born commoner who founded the
Arab Malaysian Development Bank. Hussain was born in 1938 in Bahrain’s
capital, Manama.
After being caught leading several
demonstrations, he was told to leave the country when he was 18 years
old (in 1956), and he opted to go to Germany, where his training and
career in business began.
He does not shy away from talking at
length about the rise of citizen movements like the Arab Spring
demanding more democratic space in the Middle East.
"The Sea and The Hills”
Pengasas Arab Malaysian Bank yang dibunuh telah
mengarang sebuah buku bertajuk “The Sea and The Hills” baru-baru ini.
Buku ini telah habis dijual di pasaran. Buku ini menceritakan kisah
hidup beliau, bagaimana beliau dipenjara kerana mempersoalkan hutang
seorang menteri yang lama tertunggak, kebangkitan Arab Spring, sistem
demokrasi, politik dan demonstrasi. Kenapa PDRM begitu cepat mengatakan
motif pembunuhan belliau berkaitan urusan jual beli hartanah?
